1. Introduction

Welcome to Rama Group. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase or booking of residential plots, properties, and related services offered by Rama Group.

All properties are developed in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

To book a plot or property, you must fill the enquiry form or contact our sales team. A booking amount (as decided by Rama Group) must be paid to reserve the plot.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made as per the payment plan mentioned in the Allotment Letter / Agreement. All payments shall be made via bank transfer, cheque, or any other mode accepted by Rama Group.

3.3 Delay in Payment

Delay in payment may attract interest and/or cancellation of booking at the sole discretion of Rama Group.

4. Allotment and Possession

Allotment of plots is subject to availability and approval by Rama Group. Possession timeline mentioned is tentative and subject to force majeure conditions and government approvals.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refund, if any, will be processed as per the company’s cancellation policy mentioned in the booking form/agreement. Usually, booking amount is non-refundable except in specific cases at the sole discretion of Rama Group.

6. Force Majeure

Rama Group shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or war.

7. Changes in Plans

Rama Group reserves the right to make minor modifications in layout, design, specifications, and amenities without prior notice, if required for better development or due to statutory requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Rama Group. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rama Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this website or purchase of property.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amroha / Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Amendments

Rama Group reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
