1. Payment Terms
All payments for booking and purchase of plots/properties at Rama Group projects must be made as per the approved Payment Plan mentioned in the Application Form / Allotment Letter / Agreement.
2. Mode of Payment
Payments can be made through:
- Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
- Cheque / Demand Draft in favour of “Rama Group”
- Online Payment Gateways (Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue, etc.)
All payments must be made from the bank account of the allottee or their immediate family members.
3. Booking Amount
The booking amount is non-refundable except in cases where Rama Group is unable to allot the plot due to its own reasons. Booking amount is adjusted towards the total sale consideration.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
If the customer wishes to cancel the booking:
- Within 7 days of booking: 100% refund of amount paid (excluding processing charges of ₹10,000)
- After 7 days but before Agreement: 90% refund of amount paid
- After signing Agreement: No refund (only transfer to another plot may be considered at sole discretion of Rama Group)
4.2 Cancellation by Rama Group
Rama Group reserves the right to cancel the allotment in case of:
- Non-payment as per schedule
- Breach of terms and conditions
- Submission of false information
In such cases, refund (if any) will be made after deducting 10% of the total amount paid as cancellation charges.
5. Delay in Payment
Any delay in payment beyond the due date will attract interest @ 18% per annum. Continuous delay may lead to cancellation of allotment.
6. GST and Other Taxes
GST, Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, and any other applicable taxes shall be borne by the customer as per government rates prevailing at the time of execution of documents.
7. Payment Gateway Charges
Any convenience fees or transaction charges levied by the payment gateway shall be borne by the customer.
